By accessing or using Mola products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, you should not use our services.

When you accept the application service use contract, you are deemed to have accepted the entire content of the terms of service. These terms of service constitute an integral part of the application service use agreement.

In view of this, this software formulates this "Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") to remind you:

1. Use License

Mola does not claim ownership of any Content you post on or through the Services. You are solely responsible for your use of our Services and any information, images and any other content you create through our Services, whether transmitted privately or made publicly available (collectively, "User Content").

You should always ensure that your User Content does not:

1) Contains any content or material that violates the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, confidential information, privacy or likeness;

2) contain any content and material that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, violent, pornographic, promotes or encourages violence, terrorism or any other illegal conduct, or is likely to harass or embarrass, warn, inconvenience or annoy any person;

3) Discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation or age;

4) Violate any other applicable law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation (collectively, "Legal Standards").

5) Disclosing anyone's personal contact information or violating their privacy;

In addition, you understand and agree that you will not do or attempt to do, or cause any third party to do or attempt to do, any of the following in connection with your use of our Services:

A. use our services in a manner that could damage, interrupt, overload, affect, impair or jeopardize our services, systems or security;

B. Use any program or other means, including but not limited to manual or automated scripts and robots, to extract, download, mine, scrape, reproduce the display, operation or intended use of our Services;

When submitting UGC to our application, we will determine in our sole discretion whether you do not comply with this UGC Policy.

In order to maintain the safety environment of users of this application, if you do not comply with our terms, we reserve the right to suspend/stop using your account at our sole discretion, and will not post/upload such UGC content that violates the regulations to this application.

2.Copyright

Mola respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Mola will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate action regarding any alleged or actual infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws.

If you come across any content on our Services that you believe infringes your copyright, or becomes aware of any other violation of your intellectual property rights, please report your alleged infringement to us in writing, including the following information:

A. An electronic or written signature of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property (“Owner”), or of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and a duly signed power of attorney from the owner.

B. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.

C. Your address, phone number and email address.

3.Third Party Services

Our Services include features and services provided by third parties, as well as links. We do not control such third-party sites or services and are not responsible for the content or functionality of such sites or services.

Please note that we will not keep your account number, ID, password and other private personal information on the third-party applications/websites we serve.

4.Changes to These Terms and Conditions

I may update our terms and conditions from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page.
