Effective as of January 12, 2025

A. Prohibition of Underage Use

Mola is designed and intended solely for individuals who have reached the age of 18. It is strictly forbidden for any person under the age of 18 to create an account, log in, or engage with any of the app's features. We rely on the honesty and accuracy of the information provided during the registration process to ensure compliance with this age restriction.

B. Vigilant Monitoring for Underage Activity

Our sophisticated technological infrastructure is constantly at work to monitor user activities. Through a combination of artificial intelligence and data analytics, we are able to detect patterns and behaviors that may suggest the presence of underage users. This includes, but is not limited to, unusual usage times, content preferences that are atypical for adult users, and communication styles characteristic of minors. In parallel, we have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Our security teams are trained to identify even the subtlest signs of such illegal and immoral behavior.

C. Consequences for Non-compliance

Should we ascertain that an underage user has breached our age policy, swift and decisive action will be instituted. Firstly, the underage user's access will be immediately revoked, and their account will be permanently disabled. All personal data associated with the account will be erased in accordance with our data protection regulations. In cases involving suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse, we will not hesitate to involve the appropriate legal and child protection agencies. We will provide them with all necessary evidence and cooperate fully throughout any ensuing investigations.

We report incidents of youth sexual abuse and exploitation and abuse to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). We also report to relevant law enforcement authorities when there is a specific, credible, and imminent threat to human life or serious physical injury. If you see suspected CSAM, report it immediately in-app via customer service. Do not download, capture, or share CSAM content in any way.

If you or someone you know has experienced youth sexual abuse or exploitation, support is available. Contact a helpline or service provider in your region. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
